Echo Minott visits DiChillSPot

when you think about reggae music in its entirety, the name Echo Minott is synonymous with many of the greats. Echo Minott chatted with Dj Blue on DiChillSpot recently in March 2021. Echo told his story in a very calm and reminiscing manner. The early years, how it was, his experience in the music as performer and producer; He even shared his moment with his son Jahnny Minott who is following closely in the footstep of his father the legend. Making music has become a family tradition between them, with too numerous a repertoire to name; Dozens of albums, thousands of songs, performances the world over.

Legend is certainly a title Echo Minott has earned, many awards, charted albums and singles, he has made a name which will certainly be around for a very long time to come. He has indeed created a legacy. He has set the bar so high to reach it one must work assiduously night and day for many years.

I have had the pleasure of watching Echo perform, and he is indeed a crowd pleaser with the ability to wow and woo any audience who is familiar with his genre of music. It is imposible to capture all of Echo’s story in these few lines but I look forward to talking to Echo again.

Echo Minott’s value to reggae music cannot be measured, his contribution should earn him a place in the reggae hall of fame. while he continues to perform, produce and inspire; we look forward to seeing him onstage as soon as possible bringing with him a real reggae vibe.
